The Adult Program Membership is for every graduate school performance student, music educator, and professional career musician. Join us in lifting up the next generation of musicians by giving what you can, when you can. Volunteer and paid professional opportunities.

Annual Holiday Concert

Open to all members, the Volunteer Musicians for the Arts presents its annual Holiday Outreach Concert in the Boston, MA area. Professional Adult Program members and Junior members come together, giving everyone orchestra seats. Included with membership.

Newsletter

Stay connected with important VMA program updates, concert opportunities, fundraising activities, and more. Included with membership.

Certificate of Volunteer Service

Every Adult Program member is eligible to receive a VMA Certificate of Volunteer Service (PDF) presenting concert service hours earned over the course of a year. Included with membership.

Mentors

Our mentors are essential leaders in the organization as they help schedule, program, and perform alongside Junior members, ultimately delivering successful concert programs. Mentors start at $100 / concert. Pianists are especially needed to support and expand the Junior Program. Schedule a time to speak with us to learn more.

Travel Expense Reimbursement

Travel expenses shouldn’t be a deterrent to participating in outreach performance. Adult Program members are therefore eligible to receive partial or full travel expense reimbursement for performance participation in VMA concerts as organizational funds permit. Limited to Boston, MA area.
